1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Biomarket Intel platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Enterprise Access & Verification

Access to certain high-level healthcare datasets and Enterprise-tier features is strictly contingent upon successful identity verification. Enterprise users must provide a valid government-issued photo ID to confirm professional credentials. Biomarket Intel reserves the right to deny or revoke access if verification is incomplete, fraudulent, or if the user is found to be in violation of healthcare data ethics standards.

3. Use License & Restrictions

Permission is granted to use the Biomarket Intel AI agent for professional market research purposes. Under this license, you may not:

  • Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or bypass the security architecture of the platform.
  • Use the platform to scrape data for the purpose of creating a competing market intelligence service.
  • Input data that violates the intellectual property rights or HIPAA privacy rights of third parties.
  • Share Enterprise-tier credentials with unauthorized users outside of your verified organization.

4. Compliance & Security Standards

Biomarket Intel maintains SOC 2 Type II and HIPAA compliance. While we implement the strictest security standards to protect your research, users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their own account credentials and for any activity that occurs under their account.

5. Limitation of Liability

The market intelligence provided by Biomarket Intel is generated by AI agents. While we strive for 100% accuracy, Biomarket Intel shall not be held liable for any strategic, financial, legal, or clinical decisions made based on the platform's output. All information is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Governing Law

Any claim relating to Biomarket Intel shall be governed by the laws of our operating jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
